Ip banned as well as banned on fac and hub

Why do u think u got banned: I don't think i should have gotten banned because this is a misunderstandment. ( is that a word)
MineCraft username, case sensitive: Jr_Rath & alt that i think got banned Matdog2012 ( i bought that from a friend, so if it was a jerk to u, it wasn't me)
What does it say when you try to join?: for Jr_Rath it says "You have been banned for spamming" and for Matdog2012 it says "You Ip address has been banned from this server! Reason: DDoS Threats"
Ban Length: Permanently. It is a perm ban on factions, perm on hub and then an ip ban. Anything else you would like to add: I know why I was banned, and that was for saying "if u wanna get ddosed, keep doing that" then i said, "ppl will kill ya if they see ya saying that." this was replying to a person that was spamming "Selling flashys Skype, Dox, and ip! add my Skype" I know that was what i was banned for, but i think this was a misunderstanding. I am okay for serving a temp ban for doing this, but i do not think that i should get an ip ban. This has been my favorite server for the past few years and i really don't want to be forced to stop with this one simple mistake.

@surgetheurge Jr_Rath never ddosed and iam a close friend of him, also they never had proof please unban him? <3

 

I'm sure I could find proof if I could be bothered but nah..

 

will reset ban lists after im done cleaning perms.
