Has anyone else started doubting themselves during dissertation season?

I used to feel confident about my research topic, but lately I have been questioning everything. My supervisor keeps asking for revisions, and no matter how many hours I spend reading journal articles, I still feel like my chapters are not good enough. Last night I sat at my desk until almost midnight trying to rewrite my introduction, but I ended up feeling more confused than when I started. Feeling frustrated and exhausted, I found myself looking for online dissertation help because I honestly needed some direction and reassurance. I know I cannot be the only one struggling with this. Has anyone else gone through a phase where their dissertation completely destroyed their confidence?
