EricDoesPvP Ban Appeal

Why Do I Think I Got Banned: I got banned by being framed of threatening a ddos attack.
Minecraft Username, Case Sensitive: EricDoesPvP
What Does It Say When You Try to Join: Kicked whilst connecting to hub: You have been banned for spamming. (which makes no sense)
Ban Length: I'm not sure. Possibly permanent.
Anything Else you would like to say? Well, this is the true story. (Btw I am banned from the entire server although it happened on KitPvP). Anyways, yesterday morning a user (kinda forgot, yikes but I am still trying to find out) was raging because me and my friend Galanoth99 were killing him. He started insulting us a little, and then threatened to ddos us, which Galanoth99 said he screenshotted. The guy tried to said to his friend "w/ Golden don't worry I will just ddos them." which I re-quoted to iiDragonZz to tell him what the guy said. I don't know who reported me, but all they did was screenshot the sentence I re-quoted to iiDragonZz to explain what he said as I included before. As all of my friends of kitpvp know, I wouldn't ddos anyone and wouldn't need to at all, seeing I am as good as pvp as that guy. Also I wouldn't ddos because I've been on this server for over a year and have donated a good mount of money. But I am not as active on the forums as I am on kitpvp. I even have a few people that believe me, and have witnesses of what happened. I have never ddosed anyone before and do not plan to do so. Therefore, I think you should reconsider my ban.
