Banned from survival games for 10 years

In the middle of me playing a game of SG I just immediately got kicked and banned for no known reason. I assume it was because I explained was a worm (form of malware) was to ThePvPingJello, but never said I was going to hack or do anything as such. Regardless of whether it was over this or not, permanent banning isn't allowed as far as I understand. 10 years is permanent enough.

Okay, but

none of this outright says that I was going to hack you. You were not on a staff profile, and a permanent ban isn't right.

 

I am on a staff profile acually, That is my new acc. ( JelloCraftHD is not mod anymore ThePvPingJello is mod ) And if there is any threat towards the server or staff,
It is a threat and a perm ban is reasonable

 

Yeah either buy the unban or go play on some other server, you threatnd a staff member

You cannot ban someone for hacking: Don't accuse people of hacking unless they have 200,000 combined.improbables which I don't.

 

He wasn't on a staff profile. Or had any form of mod tag beside his name. There is no way any of us could have known he was staff regardless of whether any player said he was. Unless he is on a profile that clearly had a mod tag on it, I didn't disrespect you or any other form of staff.

 

We are still a moderator even if we are not a mod on specific servers. I was mod on JelloCraftHD. But then i got mod on certain servers i go on the most, (Factions, Skywars , MCMMO , KitPvP)
The 200k Improbs do not mean anything if you are threatening to send a malware.
Improbs are just for No Cheat Plus (Anti cheat server runs on ) And NCP dose not have anything to do with you sending malwares to me.
200k Improbs are for when you hack on MC as in Kill aura, No slowdown, Etc.
