So the server just got really laggy while I was PvPing, and I didn't care, so I just continued to hit people while everything was frozen, even though nothing was registering. So I just keep on hitting and it kept on lagging and that's when I got the notification that I have been auto banned for "Hacking". (And I was not using any sort of a hacked client, just Optifine.)
