    Emotional romance is kinda rare for what I watch, most of those are the ones advertised to girls which I dont watch because of that really flamboyant art style. Emotional probably Clannad and Clannad After story.

    I also found Charlotte to be extremely sad towards the mid/end but I was in a weird spot when I watched it so that may have contributed to it. It is very good imo though
