there is a plugin that, I believe is called RandomTeleport, it is good for Factions and Mcmmo, people are always venturing out to find a good place for a home, with /tpr if a player types it in it teleports them a radius around them depending on how far away they want to be for example if they do /tpr 1000 it teleports them 1000 meters away in a random direction, it's nice if you don't like running far and sometimes it will teleport you into someones base it. unless someone fixed it, it sometimes will teleport people into a block but it will be above ground if you do /back.
I believe that /rtp should be removed because it instantly tps you to a random place and people use it to escape fights. /tpr would be a good replacement if it isn't instant.
