The following will be in complete honesty.

1. What is your Minecraft name?

   Why do you play Minecraft?
3. I play minecraft because I often find myself bored of everyday things. It's a place I go to, mainly to put off homework or talk with friends.
4. What is your time zone?
5. I live in the American Eastern Timezone.
   
   When are you usually online?
6. For the past two weeks or so, I haven't been as active as I would like to be. This is because of school distance, homework, and time management. Recently, work in my grade has gotten a bit easier and my time management has definetely improved.
7. How many hours a day can you play? How many hours do you actually play?
8. I believe I'm capable of playing three hours a day but I usually only do an hour and thirty minutes. I am definitely willing to make more time for the server's needs.

   How long have you been playing SquadCraft?
10. I can't remember when I began, but it's been quite a while.
    
    What's your favorite memory on SquadCraft?
11. So far, meeting new friends. You know who you are. I also enjoy building and pvping when I find time.
    
    Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft?
12. I mostly spend my time roaming around creative, occasionally play sg with a friend, and skyblock if there aren't many people on creative.
    
    Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator?
13. As a moderator, my goal would be to try and help the server in many ways. I can't change or control peoples attitudes but I can surely try to help lead players in a good direction. My main goal would be to overall moderate and grow as a person.
    
    As a moderator, how will you affect SquadCraft?
    I won't affect squad in player amounts, but I can help stop the occasional rule breaker every so often. I have always wanted to moderate servers, and I think creative would be a good server to do that on.
    Do you want Mod just to have Mod next to your name?
    No, not at all. I don't see the reason to being a mod if it's only for the glory.
    What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator?
14. I'll continue doing what I do, if I catch a rule breaker, I'll report them. If suggested by another staff member or greatly encouraged by the creative community, I'll try again.
    
    What kind of skills do you have?
15. I think I'm skilled in the literary aspect of things. This doesn't correlate much with a minecraft server but I consider myself pretty good for my grade level. I am good at giving some tips, and guiding a player.
    
    Have you ever been banned? If so, why?
    No, I'm glad I haven't.
    Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, why?
    Yes. Not on this server but in my early stages of minecraft I did hack for the fun of it. I don't really find if fun anymore though. I consider it one of those learning experiences most minecraft players go through.
    
16. How do you treat younger players?
17. I treat them equally except with a nicer tone. Younger kids make more mistakes, it's natural, I've done it as well. I'd punish/report them as I should and hope they do better in the future.
    
    Do you use TeamSpeak or skype?
    I have a skype account.
    List the things you've done to help the SquadCraft community and the SquadCraft server.
18. If there's one thing I've done to help squad is report players here and there. I suggested a couple things 7 months back or so, and I've helped some players when they ask for help.
    
    How many applications have you submitted before? When was the last one?
19. I've made two applications before. My last one was three months ago, I didn't go along with either of them because I knew I wouldn't have time to play as much as I would like.
    
    Is there anything else you would like to say?
    My name is Albert, and I enjoy Squad. Some of you have probably seen me on the forums as I spend most of my time reading through threads and messaging online friends. I feel that I could make an impact on the server in a positive way, even the smallest dent would help in my opinion.
20. Do you have any experience as a staff member of any organization? (doesn't have to be Minecraft)
21. Not really, we all begin somewhere don't we!
    
    Tell us about yourself, about you, your character, and values: I am a person who regularly tries hard, and gives up in only the desperate of measures. I value school very much, I think I'm a smart kid, but can be stupid at times. I am a good friend, bad friend, and all of the above. I get lazy at times but that's just me. Thank you for reading!
