The moral side of murder

Let's say you're a train driver, riding on the tracks. When you notice 5 people working on the train track, you hit the breaks but they don't work you try honking the horn, but they don't hear due the ear muffs they're wearing. that's when you noticed on the other track only one worker, you could turn killing him while saving the other 5 workers.

Would you do it?

Lets say you're just a by standard on the nearby bridge you see the train coming about to hit the 5 people and decide that there is nothing you can do to help them. that's when you notice a very VERY fat man leaning over the edge, you could push him over killing the fat man while saving the other 5


Would you do it?



Lets say for a min you where an ER (emergency room) doctor, you get 5 people rushed into the hospital (due to a horrible train crash)

(you're the only doctor so you can't get help)

4 of them have minor injuries
1 person has severe injuries

You could focus all your time on the 1 that is Severely injured but in that time the 4 people would die
Or you could focus al your time on the one with minor injuries but in that time the 1 person would die

What would you do?

Of course assuming they don't get too close with the explosion
