    Woops sorry. But he ended up helping the guy and he was using hacks against another hacker I heard.

    Insufficient proof, he is obviously kidding. I see so many people say they are apart of "Anonymous", "Lizard Squad", Etc. and they are just joking.

    I think we need a rule that you shouldn't say you hack. In a case where someone admits to it they have a chance of getting away with it because you don't think its serious.

    Doesn't make much sense, I have been called a hacker before and I say "Oh yeah sorry let me turn off my hacks" or something sarcastic like that, and I am joking. Having proof of someone saying they hack wouldn't be sufficient evidence for a ban anyways.
