I agree with @Crixiaro, Too many people putting little effort in the apps and spending too little time on the server before applying ( Even though I can't really say anything xD ) I suggest being on the server more? Because you really can't be moderator on a server with very little knowledge of the server itself. Moderators are meant to go around helping new players, Keeping the server "Under-Control" and they are not just meant for banning hackers. Most of the time, thats very little of what a moderators job is. Anyways, Definitely -1 from me.
