To be honest it is none of your damn business what sex he hires. It doesn't matter what sex they are, as long as they get the job done in the correct manner. Once he sees a male who he thinks is good enough to get the job done he will mod them.

Whilst it is Yonda's decision, the prospect of newer mods being evaluated by current mods in their first few days doesn't seem like a bad idea. It would a) Be a learning experience for the new mods and b) Help to eradicate incorrect rule enforcing by the new mods

Choosing mods isn't the end of the line for a mod's future We need to know how they're doing e.g the recent HG incident. Maybe the evaluation thing with a senior mod shadowing them for a bit would help us all

 

Yes I agree, and I don't think new mods should get op right away, they Need to work for it. Unless it's one of the older mods, me or you or any others that have worked for the server, and are trusted

Yes ive seen trollers come fond of a server... Though if you become fond enough of a server and get oped. I dont know what to say because I doubt a troller who spent a ton of time on a server to get op would troll. But there are always idiots like that.

 

Sometimes it's not even on purpose. People with good intentions make mistakes, so we can kindly correct them if this system is implemented

 

So what if someone gets op and destroys spawn? Cant you place change gamemodes and destroy blocks if you get OPed?

 

Spawn can easily be replaced by a backup. But it's just inconvenience. OP is only given to HG mods to start/restart arenas
