As far as organizing and being a figurehead (in certain aspects), I also have some experience in technical matters concerning P.C.'s and customer support as I went to a small vocational/technical school through-out high school, and as part of my classes and learned how to deal with would-be customers through VoIP, Remote connection, or walking through issues via real-time chat, as well as how to be professional even dealing with unknowledgable and/or rude people. Any past offences: I have not really done anything accept being put in jail on fractions and going over the top on staff applictions. :/ Reasons you should be moderator: I get along very well with the players on Fractions as well as all the other mod`s but not all. I also understand that even though SquadCraft within MineCraft is a game to others, to the Moderators, Admin, and Owner that it is not just a game, it is a business that has income that is relied upon, and that the players themselves are the customers. I have a lot of understanding in the terms of running a business as my mother-in-law owns three businesses and I help manage and run them with the rest of her family so I understand how important customer relations and customer satisfaction is to a business. I'm not expecting to be accepted and be a great mod, but if I should be accepted, I would gladly accept any criticism, help, or direction concerning how to moderate or how to deal with certain circumstances or situations. I understand that becoming a moderator entails a lot of stress, spam, and taking a lot of hate, and I am prepared to live with that should I become a moderator. Any extra things you want to add: I would like to add that currently I am not working a lot of hours at work so I have time to play on SquadCraft. I would also like to point out that contrary to this mod application, I am not all seriousness and that I really enjoy having a good time with the other players. There is a time to be serious and a time to have fun, after all not everyone wants mods that don't play and interact with them. In-game I enjoy helping new players and trolling with the players that I have become acquainted with, as social interaction in-game is always a morale booster for both parties. I know that in terms of experience I am sort of lacking, but as I only play Squad Craft regularly, I have no other opportunities to gain direct Minecraft moderation experience, I only have the knowledge of the command features that craftbukkit and essentials have to offer such as social spy, muting, jailing, etc. the problem for me would be how to appropriately use them in the circumstances presented to moderators.
