Ingame name: Depher_Blur Real name: Kegan Age: 14 Timezone: PCT Respectfulness on a scale of 1-10: 7 I respect players and staff completely, Only thing that bothers me is staff abuse from the power staff receive, Sometimes people have the power go to their heads and think they are above the rules. Everyone is equal when it comes to rules, Nobody can be higher. Everyone should respect the rules, They are there for a reason. Obedience on a scale of 1-10: 9 I obey all orders given by higher command or moderators in general, Always respect the staff for what they do for the server. Experience: I have been moderator on numerous servers and Builder on quite a few as well. I have even owned a server myself. I’ll start with when I first gained moderator on WarCraft, it was a smaller server starting up and I decided to play it. I don’t have any picture proof of that due to it being a very very long time ago and I have been through a couple of computers, I ended up leaving WarCraft for a short while for sports and life in general leaving behind Peebs and Yoshi for a little bit. They soon took control of the server and spruced it up a lot while I was gone. After a few month break I came back and started to play MineVirtue again from players point of view. It was very fun and averaged around 80-100 players at the time. We eventually shutdown due to lack of donations and looked for other servers to play. I started to play AEMcraft It had around 50 players at the time but soon grew to 150 and kept climbing after that. It currently averages around 300-400 players everyday and was very fun at the time. I played the PvP Survival server a lot and eventually applied for moderator there. I moderated and built for them for a little bit before getting op on their server. It was very fun and the experience and knowledge I gained from there can never be replaced. I eventually left AEM and started to play SquadCraft more often then. During the time I moderated on those server I learned so much about servers and how to moderate. Going to be honest, I've only been fully admin on 1 server, The others where friend owned, Most mod apps say "I was owner/co owner". On the servers i was staff we had 80-400 people. There was more then just moderating 10-15 people. We had our worked filled out for us, Always working hard to have a clean gaming environment. Any past offences: I have been muted and kicked because of killing a mod Reasons you should be moderator: As stated above I have a huge amount of skill in moderating, I know the ins and outs of how a staff member should act, How professionalism is a big part of being staff, Most people lack this due to their experience. For me i've learned so much over my past experience. I have over 2+ years of staff experience, Me coming to this server, ill be glad to share some of my experience with you guys. I can mentor new mods on how to deal with people. I take my job very seriously, If i see someone doing something wrong, I can't help but comment on what they did. (Constructional Criticism). Respecting members of the server/forums is critical for staff members, If i see a staff member treating someone negatively i will help that member outand defend him, Its not right for a staff member to talk bad or verbally abuse someone because he/she did something wrong. Members on the forums should be nice to each other, I record most of everything from pvp to having a fun time, If someone accused me of wrongly tempbanning/jailing/muting somebody i will have the proof to show. I have read the rules front to back and PROMISE not to abuse them. I always follow the rules. Going below the rules isn't right.
