    Ajain, technically, they can't 'remove the command' mainly due to the fact that it's in-built into the Bukkit source code. However, you can block it with simple plugins and code. I could probably make one in about three or so minutes. Or Surge could be smart and switch to Spigot which would help.. But, that's not happening. Anyways, it should be blocked due to spam reasons.
