~%Clowns Application%~ Little extra before I get started- Before I get started with my staff application I would just like to say that it would be highly appreciated if all staff members would read my application and post a comment on my application to ether say that I can improve or I cant improve and I think you would be great for the job. There's one other thing I would like to say and that is that i am going to be 100% honest in my staff application as lies cause no good. One more thing, If I am accepted then i will be working hard to keep the server a good community to be in. Lets get in to my application!!!. IGN - My IGN (In game name) is ClownFTW. I don't really know why i picked this name, all I know is that I like my Ign and that I am 99.9% sure that I am not going to change and if I do then I will say immediately. Real Name - My Real name is Tyler Age - I am currently 12 years of age and my D.O.B (Date of birth) is 10.16.2001. As you may or may have not realized that my birthday is coming up really soon and I do understand that I may be young but I think that everyone should have the opportunity at things no matter what age they are as there are very mature people out there that are very young but they don't really get a chance. I can assure you that I am one of them young but mature people as I try to do well at everything as I don't want people to dislike me, I do know that you will get hatters but you have to ignore them in life as they are causing no good. On the other hand I am very good At maths for my age as I am 2nd top maths class. In the 2nd top maths class we basically do the same as the top maths class but just a a slower rate. I am also good at English for my age as I am like one of the best in my class but I don't really like to think about that as i don't want to say something wrong. In my opining I think that maths and English are the most important subjects in the school as they are the two subjects that will get you far in life. As a 12 year old who's in 2nd year, I think that I do extremely well in school.(Fake age on profile for privacy reasons) Timezone - My Timezone is BST witch stands from British Summer Time as I live in the UK. Not many staff members are on factions black as most staff members are form the United States Of America. As most staff are from the USA so if Squadcraft recruits people like me who are dedicated to this server then they will be lots of dedicated staff who want to help Squadcraft rather than them people that don't really care about Squadcraft And if they are more people recruited then it will stop most spammers and hackers as when staff are not on then this is when it occurs. Respectfulness on a scale of 1-10- 8.5. I give myself an 8.5 because I am very respectful. But at times when people continuously dis-respect me i get a little angry and my respect for that person begins to dwindle. I, however will not get into a confrentation with anyone if i dont respect them I will keep my it to myself (as my mom always said "if you dont have anything nice to say, dont say it at all.") Obedience on a scale of 1-10- 9. I give myself a 9 because i firmly believe that I am very obedient. I've been doing tae'kwon do for about a year now and all they teach you is obedience. If i am ordered to do something by another staff member, even if they are the same rank as me, I will still do what I was told. Experience- I have been Staff on around 4 different servers. All 4 of them servers were small and all got shut own due to they were not making enough money. On 2 of them servers I was Head-WebsiteDeveloper as I made both of them there website. On the other 2 servers I was moderators and I helped a lot as I would make them there shop and I would make them lots of builds. I intend on helping this server a lot as I have a lot of cool ideas. I have my own private server only for me to understand how servers function and to understand how plugins work. My own private server is not 24/7 but you can run it any time you want. I usually play on my server for around 1 to 2 hours per day so I learn things everyday. At the moment I am learning how to use the plugin skywars. Any past offences- I have been temp banned just a couple of days ago on The Archon as I was using caps. It was a mistake and I was not shouting at anyone. The reason I was using caps is because I'm trying my hardest to improve my English skills by putting a capital letter at the start of each sentence and I try very fast so I must have forgot to press the Caps Lock button to get it off. I hope that you understand that this was an accident and that I will try my hardest to not get banned or temp banned ever again career. Reasons you should be moderator- I believe that I should be moderator because I am a moderately known player around this server. I am on for almost 3-5 hours a day, I could be on longer but school is starting for me in a week and I have various practices for sports. Anyway as I was saying, I know alot of people around the server, have lots of friends, including those of the staff team and they know how friendly I am to everyone and that I help people when and if they need it. I also think I should be staff because I am experienced enough to know how to handle all the rule breakers on this server, no matter what rule it is, from spamming to hacking, I believe I can deal with it. I also think I should be picked for staff because I believe I will fit in perfect with the current staff. Also I am a respected person, and I'm very social. I should also be picked because I dedicate alot of my time on this server, any time I'm on MC I spend most of my time on Squadcraft [ Skywars FTW], and when I'm on squadcraft when I see someone that needs help or someone ask a question but there is not a mod around to help I do my best to help that person and if picked I will further my efforts I'm helping. Another reason I think I should be considered as mod is because when the time comes to give a rule breaker a punishment I will give that person a punishment fit for the rule they break. What I mean by that Is that I will not permanently ban someone for doing something like cursing on time, I will give people proper punishment such as; *Spamming-kick-mute-tempban *Cursing-kick-mute-tempban *Abusing use of color-kick-mute-tempban *Disrespect to staff or other players-kick-mute-tempban-ban *hacking (if caught with proof )-permenant ban And etc. All of the above punishments are punishments for the rule that a person broke. I would like to say that all of these punishments, excluding hacking, will start with a warning. I will do this only to allow the person to correct themselves so that they know that if they don't correct themselves I'll have to set out a punishment. Last thing I want to add is that I am very mature and responsible and will be very committed to my job if I get mod. Clown I know the moderators and they won't like it when they see ridiculously bright colours. It makes you look immature and tryhard. I strongly suggest changing it.
