Exactly 100% is Unheard of. It always has some gold on either side or the ring on the handle.

A 100% Blue would be worth $1000s but a common (not actually common but common in blue gems) blue gem is worth anywhere from I'd say about 200-600 keys maybe even more depending on the person offering
