    Even though he is very busy he should get the time to reply to his players, without them he would not have squadcraft. But I understand that he is busy

    He's always doing something, there may be a few times for him to reply, but maybe he forgets or something. I wouldn't use the term 'mean' against him. He's either working on his server, or sleeping. It's a lot of work, man.

    Squadcraft is a Business and like in many businesses the Owners of the Business does not have time to reply to every comment.

    That's why Squadcraft has representatives such as EA_Sharks, Pukingrainbowz, Oman, etc.

    Any questions/concerns should be brought to these representatives and if they aren't able to resolve the issue they will bring it to Surge.
