He could very easily have been joking or it could have been sarcasm, unless there is non-refutable evidence, he can't be banned :/ (I think)

This isn't the first time hes been hacking, or in fact ddossing, hes told me in a skype call earlier this week that he has kill aura and no knockback. Because i want him banned i got into a call with PinguPlaysMCraft and told him that he has these hacks on. Pingu then records yoglover hacking and im not sure where the video is but it should be on youtube. And the next day, i get ddossed constantly for about half an hour. Twice i logged out in combat (lost 40 god apples and 4 prot 4 sets) so please get him banned
