Any extra things you want to add: He has had a very high NCP info on factions, he has gotten banned before for hacking.

 

Yeh he tried to ask for yondas skype but i told him no, cant trust anyone >.>

 

Just saying he has a skype proxy so i doubt he would get his ip address anyways. but okay..

 

He kept calling the mods names as well, idk if theres a rule about that, but i was a witness
