Why am i banned?

Why do I think I got banned?
I have no idea of an recent reason (in the last month at least) to why I have been banned.

All i ever do on factions is farming and making book cases(after the destruction of my last base). And i come on this morning and it says, you are banned. Reason: You are the only c*nt. WTF? 1. What did i do to get myself banned from factions and 2. i thought there were reasonable admins and mods on this server, not snide kids who thinks its amusing to ban me (a non-offender), and then call me a c*nt.

I have trolled people in the past. (By either making them use beds in the nether to blow up.)
And i haven't scammed a single person in almost a year. So i would like someone to show me proof of what i have done wrong.

Breezy must have done it. He tends to ban people for no reason and you dhould have just been muted hope it gets resolved

Some person called JETn00b tped me near jail a couple days ago after i befriended him. Big mistake, he one hitted me and nicked my stuff. Luckily it managed to /sethome. When i got back there i saw him constructing this. Im not sure if this is the same thing that sr950 is being accused of but if it is, it probably wasnt him.

Right I finally got to the bottom of this. I apologise to Surge (who the insult was directed at) and whoever was offended by what was written/built. I also apologise to anyone who received abnormal behaviour or messages from me in the last month alone.
About four or five months ago,(after my last base had been raided) i had stopped playing factions all together and had decided (in the worst case of judgement) to give my account to my younger brother. I still used the account from time to time to play skywars and kit pvp, but never really got back into factions due to how much stuff i lost. It was only in the last 3 weeks that i decided to pick up the reins again on my account at factions. And this is the point where everything went south. Since the fact that the account was mine, my bro wasn't very happy due to the fact that he couldn't play minecraft on PC anymore, (even though he has minecraft on the PS3). After much arguing and bickering between the both of us ( and him mucking about on my account still by changing my faction tags and getting sent to jail( i have the proof that that happened so I know where he found out where to find it)), we decided that we would share the account at different times. He could go off and explore and what ever he wanted as long as he did not a) scam, b) threaten people and c) use my good stuff in pvp d) get myself banned. And when i would come on, I would begin rebuilding my base from before. Unfortunately a few days ago i had a bit of an arse ache with him after i found out that he had used half a stack of gaps that i got in a drop party to try and kill this kid who was talking big in the nether. Long story short, i found out about it too late so I lost my gaps as well as an MVP sword and some good armour. We got pissed at each other, it was my account and i told him the rules, he said that it was shared, and I wasn't really sharing.
So anyway i told him that if he broke my rules again he would be off. Now this is where stuff for me got bizarre. About two to three days ago my bro is in a really foul mood (still haven't got to the bottom of that) and asked me if he could play MC on my PC. I said yes, thinking that he had gotten over our little rant two days before. After he had finished, i got on, checked all my stuff, my factions home, my /sethome (if he had lost that i would be super pissed). Nothing had changed, apart from the fact that my /fac sethome was in the wrong place by a few coordinates. I merely thought he moved it after going raiding for a bit so I said nothing of it or thought suspicion to. Fast forward to yesterday and as i logged on to squadcraft factions, it came up saying i was banned and saying that 'i was the only cunt'. I was very confused and angered at this, thinking that a mod or admin had done this for a laugh. And this is why i was angry when i wrote my ban appeal complaining about the mods and acting as 'snide kids'. However after giving this some thought, i searched my game screenshots, and loo and behold i had found not only pictures of what JetLagpr is showing above but other images showing him threatening players.

After questioning my brother, i have found that on the day that the message was built, my bro had used the Jail screenshot with coordinates and from what i gathered, had travelled over ten thousand blocks on foot to reach it. Although he says that it was 'only trolling', i know that it is not acceptable and again i apologise to Surge and to Breezey and to anybody who saw it. I have also found out that this is not the first time he has done this as i have tried to access other servers that i normally played on a while back, and they have said that i have been banned. When i enquire them, they say more or less the same thing. Being banned for : swearing, offensive images or threats. And these bans were issued on the three month gap of which i have not played. And by even searching his PSN account i have found that he has gone about threatening other players as well.
Now, he has gone to great lengths to apologise to me, though i have refused to allow him anywhere near my PC and he is also banned (by my step dad) from using the TV, computer, etc.
The problem is now that he has not only restricted himself from playing minecraft online, he has also done the same to me, even though i have done no wrong myself. I ask in good faith to Breezey or to whoever is the mod here to please appeal my ban in the fact that there will be no more issues with this account, or neither that it will be shared and that from now on, I and I alone will play on it and be responsible for my own actions.

I apologise once more to Breezey, to Kalan, to Surge ,to the entire squadcraft and minecraft community to what has happened and i promise that it will not happen again.

I reiterate, im taking responsibility by saying this will never happen again. My bro has been punished as i have already said. From this point on, on factions (if you appeal my ban) there will no problems from my account, no griefing, hacking, obscene messages etc.

 

Well the funny thing what i can tell from those pictures that Jet lag sent in and from the screenshots my bro took is that they were OUTSIDE the prison. A friend of mine even visited the prison a couple of hours ago with the coordinates i sent him and he said they were done outside server property. He used /f map to confirm.

It was my brother using my account. Of which he is no longer entitled of using.

 

The words that were written in order were ' FUCK' 'CUNT' ''SURGE IS GAY'
So in effect my bro said that 'surge was gay'. Of which is fact or lie, i am not sure. But he doesnt describe surge as a cunt. He says the word, but he doesn't use it in the sentence.

 

Breezey I believe he should be unbanned. Its public factions land. This is not a rul on the /rules nor it does not say it anywhere. I believe he should be unbanned

So yeah, my bro is guilty of saying Surge is gay. So unless Surge himself comes here and says that he is or is not, really leaves the statement for interpretation to either fact or insult. The 'fuck' and 'cunt' was written before the sentence so they aren't really linked. And if what Oman is saying: 'It is a griefing server. So raiding/griefing is allowed unless to server property.' Then by writing it on unclaimed territory he hasn't broken that rule either. And even by looking at the rule board i can see that my bro broke rule 4 and 5.
4. Do not disrepect staff. Well as i said i dont know Surges sexual preference so i cant really comment on this, its open for interpretation.
5. Keep foul language to a minimum. So my bro is guilty of saying two swear words.

I would like to add that in the last year of playing this game i have seen numerous times by numerous people not only on factions but on squadcraft in total, who have sworn at mods, devs and owners through either faction tag or by saying B1tch. And in almost all cases they worst they got was being kicked, and that was it, no ban.
