Hello all, I am Ghost. Nobody knows who I am but many people have asked me to reveal myself so I thought I would. I have been attempting to help other members on the forums where it matters, the Moderator applications. Lots of people apply for Mod and there is always something you are able to pick out to help them improve their application and give them a better chance at getting Moderator. I am doing this because I want to make sure the server has the best and most knowledgeable Moderators on the server. I have also applied for Moderator and posted a few things on my account as an attempt to keep my identity a secret. I started off by applying for Moderator and waiting a few days to create 'Ghost'. I really did not wish to be Moderator on the server but I thought I could set a small example to other members of the community who wanted to be a Moderator. I left a few flaws in my application so 'Ghost' could point them out. I am actually a previous Head Admin of multiple large servers. Some of these servers include: Hypixel, Epic Prison ( Unknown to HUB players but massive with prison players, around 600 players on when I played ), Video Games Server. I have also Moderated and Admined multiple servers too but that was a long time ago. Minecraft has many younger children playing and this means that things are more simple and and unprofessional. I played a good 3 years on Grand Theft Auto: SAMP servers which is a great thing to grow up on. I would say the average age of players is around 15 - 20 so people are more mature, have better grammar and English and know what they're talking about. This means that I have been viewing more professional staff applications for a while and know what I am talking about. Being a Head Admin I understand how sometimes we will add a question in an application which can sometimes will be the difference between getting accepted and being denied. On this server that question is 'Is there anything else you would like to say?'. That question has no real answer so it's the perfect chance to answer like the question says 'What makes you stand out against other applicants?' or 'Why should be pick you over all the other applicants'. You may be wondering why I am saying this when I don't want to be a staff member but this is simple advice to everybody on the server. I know many of you will just want to simply know who 'Ghost' is but that will come later. I chose Ghost because it's mysterious and some people have fallen out with me in game for silly reasons but I'd rather not get into too much detail about that. I said I would rather not apply for a staff position but I didn't really give a reason for that. By the time you read this you will see I have denied my Moderator application because when I join a server I don't usually apply. The only time I will apply for a server is when multiple staff recommend me to apply and they would support my application 100%. I am the type of person who helps people just to help them. I expect nothing from what I am doing. Almost all servers I have received a rank higher than Moderator on are servers I didn't even apply for staff on. My perfect idea to be recruited for staff is to just be messaged by a high rank one day saying 'Thanks for helping, want to be staff?'. Like I have already said I don't like applying for Moderator. People are judged so much on their applications and that's the main reason I don't like them. I enjoy playing on this server and I want it to be as close to perfect as possible. ( I am immortalPlaysHD ) So thanks for reading everything I had to say and I hope you don't suddenly start to judge me for being who I am. I know people may not like what I have said and may think I only did this to get known on the forums and get Mod easier but like I said before I will deny my own application to prove that is not the case.
