Factions Spamming Break?

    What I want to improve: the spamming
    Reason Why: Lots of people are spamming right? so why not make a 3 sec wait to chat again.What im trying to say is After u say something in chat, u should wait 3 sec until u can chat again. :D hope this idea helps

    It would be very annoying if your'e having a conversation with someone though... Or selling items

    Ah true. Then maybe 3 seconds (like he said) and only for public chat.
