Prison Spartan

I bought spartan rank on prison, waited for half a hour and never got it. I re-opened Minecraft, rejoined the server and still didn't receive it.

Hello Dakota. Do you happen to have a receipt sent from either paypal or squadcraft to prove that you were purchasing spartan rank? Thank you for reporting this, it has been put in the mod chat. Thanks, Basilbac

 

I never received an e-mail.

 

Despite the fact that you never received an email, when you use PayPal, it should stay in your records. Please show the payment from your PayPal history and Surge should be able to cross reference what you purchased with his records and get your rank figured out. Once you do this, I'm sure everything can be easily smoothed out. -Basilbac

 

I paid with a pre-paid card, will it still be there?

I dont have a pay pal acc it never made me make an account since i paid with a pre paid card.
