This same thing happened to me when I purchased phantom, It even came up with a message when I logged on. It clearly said I had purchased it. Lots of people are complaining that they got ripped off on xsergertheurge's youtube channel. Just give them there time. Just to note, SquadCraft staff really need to start reading the donation issues and do something about this...

Are you kidding i have been waiting for 3 months now and still nothing. I am really disappointed in this squadcraft, i expected more not to just let it fall back and forget about the subject. I have stopped playing because of your terrible service!
When I donated on kitpvp I donated for crafter and phantom but received all of it. Obviously something has gone wrong with your donation but since you bought it you deserve it. I know i would be pissed if i donated for something and 3 months later it still hadn't been fixed. Good luck on getting yor kits.
