I like playing minecraft with different people because you get to talk to player all across the world and for me that's just amazing. I have been on squadcraft since the IP was play.noahcraft.net < a very long time ago about 2 years ago. What's your favourite memory on SquadCraft? My favorite memory of Squadcraft is the official opening of Skywars I played on it for like 9 hours. Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft? I spend some amount of the time in the Hub watching for Spammers and advertisers and then after that, Skywars and SG. I also try to be in as many servers as I can to give players the help they need if they do, One of the main servers are Skywars and Sg like I have said. Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator? I would like to be a Mod because I will always put %100 effort into my time I never go below. I am truth worthy, dedicated and sensible when playing and I can deal with situations very well I will never let any situation get out of hand and if they do my duty is to get another Mod on to the server and Mute them all for the time until a Moderator joins the server. If I have a player report on the Forums or to me In game I will ask for the proof before attempting to execute a powered command. As a Mod a trusted with the command Mute Ban Kick ECT, so I will always be trusted with those following commands. I want to do anything i can to help the SquadCraft community, I also believe that I am a good part in the community with a wide range of ideas for the server, I am capable of handling the hackers like I have said before and know immediately what to do. As a fellow player of the SquadCraft community I would never tell a lie to a player staff member or a Admin/Owner. Hey my name is Ghost and I will just go through a few things that stand out to me in this application. So you know you can trust what I say I will tell you that I am an ex-head admin from multiple servers and I have been looking at applications for around two years so now I'd like to share my advice on what makes a good application. The first thing that makes a good application is layout, the application needs to be readable and you need to clearly be able to see what the question is and the answer. This you have done average. While some people would use color to help their application it is perfectly fine that you have just made the question underlines so it is clear to see but I feel bold text is a little bit easier to read. I also want to say if I do not comment on any part that means it's either average or good and I have no words for it. For you I will be starting off with a different question to other applications I have commented on. For you I will be starting with 'Where do you spend you time on SquadCraft' part. I understand you want to make everybody think you are really helpful by staying in the HUB and looking for spammers and advertisers but it sadly doesn't really impress anybody with you doing this. In the HUB there is usually 3 or 4 people online who are either AFK or choosing a server to play on so there is no need to watch out here. The only time you want to watch the HUB is when a server goes down and all the players end up in the HUB, when things like this happen there is always spammers saying 'What happened?' 'Why was I kicked?' 'Server went down?' but for a server like Squadcraft this is very rare. Staff will like it more if you spend more time in servers that actually have lots of people on who are spamming or breaking rules. Onto 'Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator?'. This section is always answered wrong. The question is asking you why you want to be a Moderator but you are giving reasons why you should be chosen as a Moderator. If I bullet point your reasons you want to be a moderator it looks like this: Nothing You have not gave a single reason on why you want to be a Moderator. Everything you said is in the wrong place. The best place to add reasons why you should be a Moderator is in the 'Is there anything else you would like to say?' part. You have not just misses the first question but you also haven't gave any goals as a Squadcraft Moderator. So from what I've just said you basically got nothing for this question and may as well have not wrote anything. With this being one of the most important questions you need to make sure this is correct and perfect. For the question 'As a moderator, how will you effect SquadCraft?' you have gave a good amount of writing for this answer but in a way this question can be seen as a trick question. Everybody should know that one person can not make a difference to a HUB server with multiple games. It is expected that all Moderators stop hackers and spammers so it is pointless saying you will effect the server by stopping them. Many people have lots of Minecraft accounts and if they get banned they will just come back. It is not possible to have a massive Minecraft server without hackers and spammers and you need to understand that and they will always be here. When you wrote about 'What happens if you are not chosen to be a Moderator?' it is nice to see you have said you will still continue to help players and tell them what they're doing wrong. It's also good you wouldn't leave the server for something as small as being denied Moderator. If you do get denied then staff will look for one sentence in particular when choosing a Moderator at a later date. This sentence is something like 'I will continue to help the players of Squadcraft even if I am denied and this will effect me in no way at all.' This shows you are not desperate for Mod and you are willing to help even without being a Moderator. Onto the How Do I Treat Younger Players? This is something that has two options for a good answer but one answer is not liked as much as the other. It is not clear on what you have chosen but it seems like you will treat younger players in a bit of a warmer and kinder way. I have been high ranks on many servers and I have seen plenty of children being spoken to like a teenager would be spoken to and they don't take it so well. Children tend to overreact over small and silly things such as asking them not to spam. If you are not friendly with them they will overreact and that causes troubles such as spamming, swearing and even quitting the server completely. As a Moderator you need to make sure you keep things calm and this is one important thing to keep the peace. When you talk about anything else you would like to say this is extremely important. This is where you can write whatever you like so this is the perfect chance to convince the staff that you're the right for the job. When I read this question, my mind changes it to 'Why should we choose you over the other applicants'. This is probably the most important paragraph you write in this whole application and it needs to be good. You wrote 'Just remember I can make allot of difference' which is nowhere near what I would write. I would say you need to write between 6 - 20 lines on this Thanks for reading and I hope you take in what I have wrote and make the application better. -Ghost btw, sorry if some words are wrong but I'm writing a lot of words as quickly as I can and it takes a lot out of me.
