What is your MineCraft name? Bubbers125 Why do you play MineCraft? I really started Minecraft as a fun way to play with my friends and to just hang out and have a good time, now some of that has changed. I really play it now to just go on servers, play some Factions and some other mini-games at times. I also play Minecraft to occasionally build certain things, as I got into that as well! What is your TimeZone? I am in the Eastern Time Zone. When are you usually online? Really, I'm online pretty much all day everyday! As long as nothing suddenly comes up, or I am busy doing something else at that certain time, I'm on! Most of the time I'm on from about 3:00-9:30 PM during the week. On the weekends, I'm normally on at about 12:00-10:00 PM. How many hours a day can you play? How many hours do you actually play? On the weekdays, I can play for about 6 hours, and on the weekends, I can play for about 10 hours! Most of the time I am on all of those hours, unless something suddenly comes up. How long have you been playing SquadCraft? I've been on the SquadCraft server for about a year now. I was inactive a bit during the summer, but I returned about a month ago, and I'm now fully active again, and back to the normal time I used to play on the server. There have been some times where I've been on and off to to some personal things, but all of that has passed, and I've been on for about 6-10 hours a day ever since! What's your favourite memory on SquadCraft? My favorite memory on SquadCraft is when my friend and I finally finished building our whole underground base. Both of us were very proud of it as we've spent weeks building it. It really was a huge accomplishment for us and also a huge advancement in terms of defending our base and making sure we always had plently of armor and weapons in case we ever needed them. Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft? Most of the time, I am on the Factions server. On the server, I mostly remain in my Factions base, but I do also like to socialize with other people. If anyone ever needed help, I'd come out from my base and help them with whatever they needed, give them advice, or even give them some armor, food, or weapons if they really needed them. I also mainly spend my time making sure our base is organized, and also protecting it if anyone were to try to destroy it our steal something. Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator? I would like to me a moderator because I really like helping out other people. Helping people out really just is a part of my personality, I'm always happy to help! When I'm on the server, I try to take every chance I have to help someone out, or give them the proper punishment if they had broken a rule. I am also very familiar with the commands in Essentials, Worldedit, PermissionsEX and/or Essentials Group Manager. I have also owned my own Minecraft server at one point, which really helped me learn basically all of the commands. Owning my own server also helped me learn most of the punishments that come with breaking certain rules. My goal as a moderator would to help keep SquadCraft an enjoyable place for all of the players that come to have fun, and enjoy themselves. I would make sure the server stayed free of advertisers, spammers, hackers, etc. I really take my job seriously, no matter what game I am a moderator in. Even though I can be very serious at times, I love to have some fun and interact with other players when I have the chance from time to time! As a moderator, how will you effect SquadCraft? I would keep the server free of any threats that may come by it. Such as hackers, spammers, advertisers, and any other thing that may be considered a cheat, or a hack! I also believe that the times that I can be on would greatly decrease the amount of advertisers, and hackers. I have noticed that on the times that I have been on, there hasn't been a whole lot of staff on, and I would be able to fix that as well. I am very dedicated to my job, and will take every measure I can take to keep the server free of anything that may cause a problem for the community, and the players on the server. Do you want Mod just to have Mod next to your name? Of course not! I would like to be a mod because I really would love to help SquadCraft grow as a community, and help keep all of the hackers and advertisers away. I am very dedicated, and I wouldn't just want something because I get perks, or a tag next to my name, that's not what I want. All I want is to help Squadcraft stay a fun, safe, and enjoyable community for all of the players that find it, and decide to join it and play on the servers! What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator? I would accept the fact that I was not chosen. I would find out what I did wrong on my application, and fix those errors on my next application, and try to improve my skills! I would also listen to other people's suggestions, and I would improve my skills based on what the other player's think I could improve on. What kind of skills do you have? I'm one of those people that have a very good eye if something is going on. I am very good at paying attention to the chat, and the things that are going on around me. I am a very fast typer. Meaning that if something was going on and I needed to act quickly to stop the situation, I would be able to do so. Weather that's typing in a command, or generally saying something to stop the situation quickly, so it doesn't escalate further, and get worse than it already is. Have you ever been banned? If so, Why? No, I have never been banned before. Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, Why? I have never used hacks, and I never will use hacks. Even it is to the point where I get so angry at another person, which really never happens. How do you treat younger players? I treat younger players the same way I would treat any other player, and that's with respect. I am very friendly with everyone, no matter what the situation is, or what they may have done in the past. Even if they do something that makes me a little upset, I am very friendly and try to simply talk it out with them, and try to find out why they are doing what they're doing. The same also goes with the older players. Really, I treat everyone with respect, weather they're young or old, or new players to the server or players that have been on for a while. I am very kind and treat everyone the same way. Do you use teamspeak or skype? I use both TeamSpeak and Skype, but I unfortunately do not have a working microphone currently. I am hoping to get one within the next few months, but cannot be certain when the exact date will be. List the things you've done to help the SquadCraft community and the SquadCraft server. I've helped other players when they have been in a conflict, or anything of the sort! I've helped players rebuild their bases when they've gotten raided as well. I've also helped end many fights that were taking place on the server, and most of the players ended up becoming friends or being cool with one another after that. I've given players advice, and given some new players some armor and weapons to help them survive. How many applications have you submitted before? When was the last one? This is my first application that I am submitting! Is there anything else you would like to say? No, nothing else I really have to say! Do you have any experience as a staff member of any organization? (doesn't have to be minecraft) I've had experience as an admin on a game called Team Fortress 2, the commands are pretty much the same as the ones on Minecraft, and the punishments for breaking certain rules are the same as well! I've also been an admin on a game called Gary's Mod. The commands are the same as Minecraft as well, and most of the rules and punishments are too! Tell us about yourself, about you, your character, personality and values. I'm quite a chill and laid back person. I very rarely get mad, and when I do I normally work it out with the other person within a matter of hours and sometimes minutes. However, I can be very mature and also very serious when I have to be. When someone breaks a rule, I am not afraid to take action, and I will. I am also quite funny at times, and when the time is right, I love to have a laugh from time to time. Most of the time I sort of just sit at my computer, and play Minecraft! What really interests me the most is generally technology, it fascinates me how some of the things people have made work, and I'm hoping to make some pretty cool technology advancements, when I get into college, and so on.
