Hello! I am MC_DiamondBoss_1! Nice to see you. Why do I play Minecraft? Well I play Minecraft because it is a very good game and I enjoy it a lot! I can do many stuff and also get some new friends! I love Minecraft! What is my time zone? My time zone is UTC which I live in London, United Kingdom. When do I play Minecraft? I play Minecraft on the weekends and also after school on Friday. If it is a break or a holiday then I will max it out until it is the time to get off the pc and do something for fun. How many hours a day can you play? How many hours do you actually play? Well It depends because sometimes I'm busy, sometimes I'm not. I try to play everyday on holidays but if it is a school day, then I'm not allowed to play which is on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and before school on Friday. I also not allowed to play on a sunday because I have lessons. I do Qur'an lessons. How long have you been playing SquadCraft? Well I have played SquadCraft for 2 years or 3 years. I don't even know how long I played for but that's that I think. What's your favourite memory on SquadCraft? My favourite memory on SquadCraft is when I helped people and even my brother, McManni rankup, building their plots and being friendly to each other. Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft? Well I spend most of my times in prison. Prison is a fantastic game and I just keep playing on it when I have the chance to play Minecraft. Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator? Well I would like to be a moderator because I would like to keep this server safe and happy! My goal is to make everyone else happy in the SquadCraft community. As a moderator, how will you affect SquadCraft? I would affect SquadCraft a happy community so no one can get depressed or lonely. If they are, I can always help them out! Do you want Mod just to have Mod next to your name? Of course not! I would like to be helpful to this server. What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator? Then that's perfectly fine. I do not mined if I don't get chosen. If someone did then I would respect that he/she can help the SquadCraft community. What kind of skills do you have? Well I have loads of skills. I can make people laugh, smiley, happy and cheerful! Have you ever been banned? If so, why? Yes but I wasn't respectful at this time but now I would behave myself and take full responsibility of my own actions. Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, why No. I have not cheated or used any kind of cheating devices. How do you treat younger players? Well I treat all ages with the same amount of respect. Do you use TeamSpeak or skype? I do not have any of communication devices. List the things you've done to help the SquadCraft community and the SquadCraft server I have helped others and been respectful to all people who I have met or even my good fellow friends <3 How many applications have you submitted before? When was the last one? This my only first application. Is there anything else you would like to say? Well I would like to say that if i'm a mod, that would be great but if i'm not, then next time I can have another go. Do you have any experience as a staff member of any organization? (doesn't have to be Minecraft) No but I would like to if SurgeTheUrge agrees with it then ok. Tell us about yourself, about you, your character, personality and values. Well I am 11 years old who is a kind-hearted boy and would like to be a SquadCraft mod. I also do loads of good stuff. I treat people the same and show how much I can do! I train to be a youtuber when I get older and will be polite here! all I want to say is that thank you so much for your time and hopefully I can be a mod!
-1 this is hard and slightly confusing to read with all the different bolds and stuff, seems a bit short. I'd suggest adding greater detail and making it more aesthetically pleasing

It's very messy. Stick with a constant contrast, not bolding some questions while leaving others unbolded, and bolding some answers with their questions while not bolding the others. It gives off an unprofessional portrayal. I would suggest adding detail in the elaboration on things. Not just saying I helped people start a plot, but I helped so and so with so and so start a magnificent block filled with diamonds and chat was just sparkling that day because there were mods activating it and keeping it clean, and I would love to have a chance to do that myself, especially with the extreme amount of foul players of prison or wherever this is nowadays. Just off the top of my head but yeah...
You're not kind at all, whenever someone beats you in a 1v1 you instantly claim hacks on them and start swearing at them
-1 I've seen him in-game, he breaks the rules by warping away from battles and pretends to be a mod by threatening to jail/mute people ect. and then he says "I'm going to be mod soon"
Yeah, you've definitely not learned how to control your anger and you're not exactly respectful. I saw you insulting someone just the other day. If you're going to put things like this in your apps, I suggest you stick to your word. It's easier said than done. @surgetheurge if you do end up accepting him, will you make him one of those helper things you were talking about? As you can see, he can't be on on weekdays.
