I dont have emerald rank at fac2

I buy emerald rank for one week ago, i get the rank at fac1 but i dont have the rank at fac2. Can someone pleace help me with this?

umm fac2 buycraft must be broken

 

well turns out both servers used the same buycraft id.... so if you got the stuff on one server, you might have not gotten it on the other rip.
