I cant buy Emerald to Vip? :/

    I had an old account that got migrated on its own and I cant paly on it anymore. I have received emerald back from surge but on my other account I had vip. So I wanna buy emerald to vip. It tells me im not aloud to buy this item. :/ I need assistance from yonda or surge. Please help!
