As of a few minutes ago, I have been informed by @xJango on factions, That he will be leaving the Server. His reasons are simple, The server has been corrupted by Derpy's Insane amounts of donation and has lost it's magic. His reasons are logical and true. Factions has become even more pay-to-win than it was before. The donations may be helping the server but it is severely damaging the ingame economy and rules are being broken left and right by those who have been donated for by Derpy, @nyrangerfan0708 (God on factions thanks to Derpy) has proven that with his immature and highly disrespectful words against @EA_Sharks. They think that because they have money they can buy immunity, Which may be true if we do not start doing something about these kids sucking off a rich guy for a rank, They are tearing apart the server even more than it already is. It is about time surge put his foot down and makes the punishment system the same as any other functioning minecraft server, Maybe then these kids would learn this place and stop their bull-shit whining. The staff team is good as it is right now but with the amount of these kids thinking that they have the freedom to do whatever they please just because they have someone with money on their side is ridiculous. We now ban hackers, That is GREAT! but we need more! We need more staff! We need more people who will not stand for these atrocities! We need a better system for punishments! The server has become too lenient and the community will fall apart even more with all of these leaches ruining everyone's fun. I am sorry xJango's Resignation turned into a rant but I just thought this was a perfect opportunity to voice my thoughts. Goodbye, Jango. You will be missed

lol your staff on this server and your worrying about Donators, How would you Like it if no one donated Who is going to pay expenses.. Think where would surge get money and most people don't use there Parents money your probably one of the few whom do, All my friends earn there money why Give there Parents credit for there earnings?

Why do you think mojang came up with the EULA? Because of the high number of kids stealing their parent's credit cards and buying virtual shit, and the servers were not the ones receiving the complaints, It was the Game Developers themselves. It is not the "few who steal their parents cards", it is the "few who work for their cash".
I just used spare money I had at the times since I had no ambitions or plans for it, I kinda regret it now just because I want to upgrade my computer's parts but I can make enough for that reason in like 4 days of work.
Still 100k is a lot, I'd get a good 5k-10k car, Build two Top Notch Gaming Rigs (1 Desktop, 1 Laptop) with some 4k Monitors and Razer Stuff (Keyboard, Mouse, Headphones, etc.) and with the rest I'd just rent a large studio apartment so it can hold the rent over for quite a long time and bills and shiz. Nearly 50k on a mc server tho, Jfc.
