FuzzyMelons abuse

I was playing on kitpvp and FuzzyMelons was online. I battled against him several times and it was going fine. Then all of a sudden FuzzyMelons stops fighting to jail me (LightningCheck). I soon after come online with a different account of mine so I can ask what happened. This jail was given for no reason, warning, or anything. I finally got someone to respond to me. I asked why I was jailed and Fuzzy replied that I was kit switching during a fight.

[ Just another point to make was that when I was battling FuzzyMelons I was boosted up onto an area that you cannot normally get to because he hit me and I went upwards. Fuzzy could not hit me so he ran to a different part of the map, switched to a kit with jump boost, and then jumped up to where I was, switched back to his fighting kits, and then proceeded to attack me. ]

He then decided to jail me on that account (waddleroller) for "Jail evading." The last thing I did before making this report was take screenshots and log on with my brother's account and I said that there isn't any rules posted about jail evading. He then with good guessing, but no actual proof, proceeded to jail me (DishonestBoss08).

Last time i checked kit switching(during a fight) and jail evading are against the rules.
Unfortunely i cant remember where they posted the up-to date rules for Kit PVP.

That's not abuse at all he is doing great what he is supposed to, read the rules.
