I play minecraft because I love meeting new people and getting to interact with them. Meeting new people from all across the world interests me because you get to meet new people that you don't get to meet on a daily basis.

Weekdays: 3pm - 9pm
Weekends: 10am - 12am

How many hours a day can you play? How many hours do you actually play?
I play on SquadCraft for about 6-10 hours a day depending on what day it is. On week days I play between 3-5 hours. On weekends I play up to 6-10 hours.

How long have you been playing SquadCraft?
I have been playing on Squadcraft for about a year and a half.

What's your favourite memory on SquadCraft?
My favourite memory on squadcraft is hitting the 10,000 score on skywars. This was a huge accomplishment for me because I've never really thought of myself as a "good" player. Getting passed the 10k mark get me a lot of confidence to get into the top ten scores on the score wall.
A lot of players on skywars think the game is all about competition. In my head, I think of skywars as a place to have fun rather than competition.

Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft?
I spend most of my time on skywars. I will slip into other game here and there but I spend the majority of my time on skywars.

Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator?
I want to be a Moderator because I love helping people out. Helping people out with issues and problems really interests me because I know I'm making a difference to the server. Whenever I'm online, I take every opportunity I can get to try and improve the server whether the opportunity is big or small. As a Moderator, I would take my job given to me extremely seriously even though I love to have a laugh from time to time. I would take this job very seriously because I would feel well trusted. To me, trust is the biggest thing to look for in a person when picking staff because it lets me know that you can trust me with something as big as this. Next, I would like to become a Moderator because I'm familiar with commands. I know commands such as /kick, /mute, /jail, /tempban, /ban, /unban, and /ipban. I know a lot more, but I don't want to make that my main focus on this application. As once an owner of my own server, I know various commands that deals with different plugins such as World edit, group manager, essentials, and much more. As a Squadcraft Moderator, my goal would to make sure everyone's having a good time. To achieve this goal, I would make sure Squadcraft is safe from rule breakers that could possibly ruin that chance for others. Whenever I'm on a server, I try to make the most fun out of everything no matter what it is. I try to have a good attitude no matter what so I can spread happiness and make player's lives better and happier. Also, as a Moderator, I would try to correct people whenever they're breaking the rules. As a normal player, I can't tell players to stop doing something or they'll just say "you can't do anything" and I want to do something. I want to discipline the rule breakers and make sure that this never happens again. Most of the time when someone's breaking the rules, it ruins another player's perspective on the game and would possibly make the player leave the server which I would never want. Also, I've noticed the lack of staff online recently and I'd love to change that. As a Moderator, I'd be online from the time I get home from school, from the time I have to go to bed. Every server owner wants staff members who's extremely dedicated to the server and that is very active. As a Moderator, I would put 110% into everything I do. I would work hard and try my best.

As a moderator, how will you effect SquadCraft?
As a mod, I would want to effect Squadcraft in the best way as possible.
I feel like if I get moderator I can make a huge impact on the server by taking care of hackers, spammers, advertisers, and rule breakers. I want to make squadcraft a family friendly place where people can just come here to have fun. I hope that if I become moderator I can make SquadCraft a more "calm" place. I feel like if we correct players when they're rule breaking the server will be much more calm and peaceful.

Do you want Mod just to have Mod next to your name?
No, all I really want to do is help players and fix issues that occur.

What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator?
If I'm not chosen moderator, I will still continue helping players and tell them what they're doing wrong. I honestly would never leave Squadcraft unless it was for a good reason.

What kind of skills do you have?
I feel like I can type pretty fast. Having this skill means I could discipline players fast and easy when they're breaking the rules. Also, I am an alright builder. (http://imgur.com/a/oNe1y)

Have you ever been banned? If so, Why?
I have been banned once on skywars and I hope it never happens again. I have gotten banned for hacks but I got unbanned almost immediately after. Although it wasn't a long ban, I hope it never happens again.

Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, Why?
I have never used hacks myself, but I've had them on my computer before. When I first got Minecraft, my brother and I had to share an account. During that time period, my brother was really into hacking Minecraft, and different Xbox games. If you want more info, Puk knows the whole story c:

How do you treat younger players?
I want to treat younger players the same as any normal player. I feel like if you're a younger player you should still follow the rules and obey them. I hope to stop the swearing and "attempted" swearing because I don't think it's a good influence for younger children. I feel like children can be very immature and over react about small things. I treat younger players with the same amount of respect as any other person. I feel like any child should have the same amount of rules to obey as any other player. If a child does something wrong I would be sure to give them their punishment but I wouldn't be rude about it either. I have dealt with many children with my server experiences so I'm very familiar with how I should act and how my attitude should be. I always make children feel happy and make them actually look forward to things in life. I feel like even if they're a younger player the staff shouldn't favor the younger child. I feel as everyone is equal and no one should have different rules than anyone else.
Do you use teamspeak or skype?
I'm familiar with both.

List the things you've done to help the SquadCraft community and the SquadCraft server.
- Told players to stop spamming and advertising.
- I try to record as much as possible to try and catch hackers. (I have caught many)
- I try to be a good sport even to those who yell at me and attempt to swear at me because I killed them. I always say "GG" and congratulate them if they win.
- I have brought about 20 people on to the Squadcraft server by my small YouTube channel.

Anyways I hope that if I become moderator I can do a lot more things to help the server!

Do you have any experience as a staff member of any organization?
I've been staff on plenty of Minecraft servers in the past, let me explain. In June of 2014 my friend opened up a server. The server was very small. We had a small house for spawn, a 10 x 10 shop area and only few staff. Although the server was extremely small, we pulled it off and started getting around 20-50 people on a day. Since most of the players already donated and we spent all the money on advertising, we were broke. Since we couldn't fund the server anymore, it shut down. As of September, we reopened and reunited. We got many players including old and new. As the server went along, I had gotten promoted for my hard work and leadership. As of today, I'm still very proud of myself for all I have done for that server even though it's shut down.

Tell us about yourself, about you, your character, personality and values.
I'm Emma I'm 14 years old. I love sports. I currently play girls basketball, volleyball, and softball. Although I'm not the best player, I have an interest in them. Also, I'm into music. I've been in our school musicals twice and I absolutely love them. Also, I'm in this program with a bunch of my friends and we go all around our state and sing songs for a good amount of people.

Things that will help you get into the elections:
-I've been on Squad for a good amount of time.
-I support Surge's Youtube channel.
-I always try to follow the rules.
-I've reported numerous players for rule breaking.
-I've given players tips in Skywars on how to get better at Pvp.

Hello I am Ghost and I will be going round and pointing out main things that stand out to me in all the Moderator applications.

I firstly want to say I have seen you in-game and I never see you argue with other players and you seem like a friendly person but you never seem to be helping people so that should change.

In the section 'When are you usually online?' you have understood the question which most people don't. You seen that the question asks when you are usually online and you gave the correct answer while other people have been answering with 3-4 hours so that is great! You have also gave a pretty accurate timetable of when you are able to play which is great and am sure the staff reading your application will appreciate the extra effort than just a general time frame.


In the 'Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator?' I was with you until you started talking about the previous server you helped with called 'Gucci Farms'. When I was reading it, it felt more like I was reading a story then a Moderator application. It is a mix of your past experience as a staff member and your skills which are completely different sections. You look like you ran out of reasons on why you wanted to be a Moderator and just wrote a story. You also haven't made it clear on what your goals are as a Squadcraft Moderator. You said 'I want to be a Moderator because I know most of the commands' but that isn't a reason to want Moderator. While this is a different game it is like me saying 'I want to be a football player because I know how to play football' but honestly being a footballer is something I wouldn't want to be.

I don't think I need to say anything about what I posted above. I'm sure you can tell that is no effort at all and I honestly think you couldn't think of an answer for this question. I'm not gonna lie, it's a tough question to answer but people are managing to answer it. It is expected that Moderators effect the server in the best way possible but there has to be something else you can do to effect the server. People have said things like 'I am able to effect the server in many ways...' and given a good few points. I'm not saying to go and steal other peoples ideas but you should look at some other applications before you post something as small as this to see how much the competition is writing and make sure you have the best possible chance of getting Moderator.


When you wrote about 'What happens if you are not chosen to be a Moderator?' it is nice to see you have said you will still continue to help players and tell them what they're doing wrong. It's also good you wouldn't leave the server for something as small as being denied Moderator.



Onto the How Do I Treat Younger Players? This is something that has two options for a good answer but one answer is not liked as much as the other. You have chose the disliked option which is treating all players the same. I have been high ranks on many servers and I have seen plenty of children being spoken to like a teenager would be spoken to and they don't take it so well. Children tend to overreact over small and silly things such as asking them not to spam. If you are not friendly with them they will overreact and that causes troubles such as spamming, swearing and even quitting the server completely.


When you spoke about 'Do you have any experience as a staff member of any organization?' this would have been the more appropriate place to write about the Gucci Farms server but instead you chose to keep this part small which isn't any trouble but like I said it would be more fitting to have spoke about that server more here than in the 'Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator?' part


That's all I have to say about your application and I feel your application is more to the stronger applications.
