She gave a reason why you should not have mod, she can just go change the post right now and put it in the format. Your app probably is not going to be unlocked, you should consider all courses of action that can be taken before making a silly abuse report.

 

You don't even have proof of surge giving you permission to make another app

She showed the reason why you were denied and honestly, if you want her punished and your application unlocked for that - you need to think about your life...

-does something you don't like
-puts you in a negative mood
-screws up a tiny bit

Besides, this isn't even enough to get one of the best mods demoted.
