Creative permissions

    Permissions: /plotme weanywhere and Permission to enter denied plots?

    Reasons why:

    •     /plotme weanywhere would allow Mods to use worldedit in any plot, weather they are added or not. This would help so that we could remove large things (such as portal traps or inappropriate builds)

    • There have been many people building portal traps lately and when I go to remove them, I often get denied from the plot. It would be much better if we were able to enter any plot even if we were denied.
