Brickdragon252 greifing, stealing, and pressuring me to invite him to my plot on prison

Brikdragon252 almost forced me to make him be added on my plot ( I know that scamming is allowed but dose this count as scam?) ... He was working with his friend that I forgot the name of to steal my banners and sell them... I know he took them because I saw my banners being sold in his shop.

 

No proof.
No format.
No one can force you to add them to your plot.
