bought a spick didnt resive but it took my money

hey I just spent my last 20 in my bank account and was hoping to get a lot of diamonds. but I bought it my money was gone and it did not appear in my inventory please help I just want my pick axe. surge you can even look at recent purchases I bought it but its not there
