Well he could've just jumped from that screenshot but hmm its on the verge of glide idk its the mods choice to ban or no

 

If you look across the map, you see some blocks towered. He glided to that island next to him. I couldn't get it because it was far away.

 

Besides, if it looks like he towered over the middle, look carefully, and see he only towered above by 1/2-2/3.

He could be jumping.
Even though you do mention there are towers all around the map which tells me he could be a hacker but these islands with towers on also have players on. Nearly everyone in your game had towered and either been knocked off or stayed up.

 

Thank you for this, but unfortunately this evidence is a bit sketchy.

A tip for next time, if you want, spam some screenies like maybe 5. This shows the time they were taken at in chat, so we can almost picture it ourselves. If they haven't moved much in the air and it's been about 2-3 seconds, then it will be obvious they are hacking.

Or if you're at the right angle, a screenie perpendicular to the trajectory of the jump will show it well
