When there is 20 players or less online, it's supposed to allowed players to do /sw start in a game. Although, it has been pretty glitchy recently. I'm not exactly sure what's gonna happen with it.

Yeah. I've seen many players be able to access the command, when others do not. It's very glitchy and should get fixed. I really don't know what Surge is planning on doing with this, but yeah.

II've been unable to access it while others could, and had to relog for it to work for me.. I didn't know it was limited to 20 players though
