Resignation

So, myself and 4 other mods, @TcWxFUSIONS (Joey) and @Maxxy (Max) and @vsteelcityv (vsteel) and @smeags (Smeggliez) have reached a point where we are simply done with the server. Just the overall spread of issues, the lack of effort being put in, and the excuses made have just reached a point where it is too great. Though we will probably still be playing on the server, we will no longer be staff. I would just like to thank everyone, especially @Thesparrow11 , for putting so much work and effort into the server. And ofc, I would like to thank @surgetheurge even though he may not see this, I really appreciate the effort you put in, specifically to skyblock, and I really hope that there are no hard feelings.

I actually messaged Surge on Skype a couple nights ago offering to help the server and he blocked me. So, I guess that shows a lot. I have suggested things, reported staff members for abusing, offered to help, and get no response. I guess he was just done with me wanting to help the first minecraft server I played on and thought it'd be good to block me.

How would you know? I'd message Surge about stuff and never get a response. Chances he sent my reports through staff chat is low.

 

So are you saying that since apparently one of my many abuse reports were false that he should block me? I would message him offering to help the server in many ways and never get a response. I would suggest stuff to help get players and never get a response. Only time I ever got a response with stuff was when I asked what the best malware remover once.


With all the money he puts into getting plugins he could get advertisements and pay Sparrow. Sparrow does so much for Squad. Without him I don't even know what Squad would be like.

More Ads = More players
More players = More staff
More staff = Less toxicity
Less toxicity = More players
More players = More donators
More donators = More money
^ that's when you get more plugins.

With all the debt Squad was put into from the BajanAmerican guy and Derpy when they charged back, he should use all the donation money wisely instead of getting more plugins.

So, were leaving because surge doesn't put work into the server, but we would like to thank surge for putting work into the server.
Anyway you won't be playing on the server because going person to person in the mod team trying to persuade them to leave the squadcraft staff team is a horrible dickhead move. If you don't want to be a part of it, that's fine, don't run around sabotaging stuff. It's kind of like setting an office on fire after quitting.
Anyway maxxy and basilbac are banned for good for going mod to mod trying to persuade them to quit. Fucking dickheads.

Oi, I only asked Rev why he stayed, cause Basil seemed to convince other people. I was never planning on taking anyone with me, I thought it was just Basil and I, then he decided to go door to door and get people to come with us. So you basically banned me for something I didn't do, good job.

Not to be rude, but the mods agree on their opinions. No persuasion happened. They set out their opinions, and they all agreed to resign.
