In the second one I get muted... Its stupid? Abuse or naw??

Explosive Tarik did not abuse, he muted you for advertising. Tarik isn't one to abuse and rage because you kill him. I know him well enough to see that he would never abuse of rage and dying. Though i have to admit he does get quite heated when he dies. Also your proof is not much evidence of him abusing, it just seems you cut it to make him look bad.
