Skywars Rank HELP!

So I bought Diamond rank on skywars and then I bought Emerald. I do not have my emerald prefix, but I can access the kits. I was dumb at the time and never took screenies of my buying the rank but Im sure surge knows I bought it and If your still not sure ask @WillTheLegend or anyone else who played skywars when it was alive.

Thank you!
@Maxxy

Did you get an email?
From what I heard, buycraft usually sends you an email after purchasing a rank.

No one plays SW anymore

It is the very sad reality.

a prefix does nothing, it doesnt effect you in game so dont worry about it.

it makes me look cool. Stand out. Be a star!

that was a long time ago XD ill try and find it

Yeah he definitely had emerald, I remember, and I might have some screenies of it on my computer, but I'm on vacation rn so I'll check when I get home, which is Friday.
