    What is their in game name?
    Reex15 and xXRedFlamesXx
    What rule are they breaking?
    Hacking (They also log and hack every single damn day, They need a ban, No jail or mute, They deny hacking and try turning it on the person who accused them, It is despicable)
    Proof: (ScreenShot or Video)
    You can tell they got reckless with their toggling a couple minutes into the video.
