I don't think they would be younger than me but I would try and resolve the problem more than with older players because if they've duplicated/hacked or whatever they've done I will first of all try to get them to stop what they're doing and tell them what could happen, the older players who hack know what would happen. Do you use teamspeak or skype? Both but I would prefer TeamSpeak because I sorta have trust issues. List the things you've done to help the SquadCraft community and the SquadCraft server. Mostly just been donations, I helped the old mods out sometimes if they need the help. How many applications have you submitted before? Uh, my 'social life' is the internet, I don't leave my house, I get bullied out there most of the time for no reason.. idek. I have trust issues and get angry a lot, I can be a douchebag and I can be violent, but I'm honest. I don't like doing these type of things because I don't want to say 'Oh, I'm a great singer' or something (which I do like singing a lot) because I don't want people to start judging me like 'YOU'RE TERRIBLE AT SINGING' or something. I'm kind of lazy and idk what else to say.
Decent app, a few grammar issues, but no one is perfect. You sound really young to me, and it would help to have some staff exexperience. Also don't say "I'm kind of lazy" in your staff app, that doesn't help you at all. Good luck!
