It is impossible to fly without the proper permissions, that was just lag. I have seen people trying to use hacks to fly away but it just tps them back to where they tried to fly away from because of NCP.

 

Have you ever realised it should be strength as you can't see him drink it

 

He does not hack. I know him well and he would never hack. As slenderbro said the flying was lag. That dosen't show any solid proof of him hacking.

 

He wasn't flying but I know that he does hack. Ever time I 1v1 him I bleed after one hit and when he is just using a noob sword. And I'm in kit emerald.
