1.8 Minecraft

Planned updates:
- a new 1.8 world for mcmmo and factions.
- 20k x 20k the end world for factions and mcmmo.
- warp signs to all worlds with a weeks time to move your stuff before deletion of the old worlds.

Mojang/Minecraft pushed update 1.8. They didn't allow any devs to prepare for 1.8 update. There will be a while before minecraft 1.8 software is available to the public. So 1.8 world will not be here for a while...

In terms with the factions world is there any possibility of having a smaller, compact, less quartzy spawn? This new one is great and all but it's way too big and has too many useless pockets of empty rooms.

Also if a new spawn is in the making that will hopefully open up any opportunities to make the in-game shop better in terms of design, accessibility, categories and of course the quantity available.

With the upcoming creeper eggs in shop [hopefully] this is quite a great start to improving gameplay.

Hi Surge, I was wondering if maybe we could have around 40% of the money our ranks came with to help build the new bases we will own. I believe this would be a great idea as we didn't get that money when the rank reset. This would help people get there bases up and running faster, but not give them the OP amount of money of lets say 5,000,000! Thanks for your time reading this post guys

Surge I have a few questions about how the new worlds for Factions and McMMO is going to be dealt with.

Will the new world/s keep our existing balance, /echest and /chest after the old ones are deleted?
Can we receive all of our initial donator perks on the new map. e.g. Players with the Bedrock rank will receive $5,000,000, xp + more...

surge, I think bigtea is kinda right, Im not leaning toward anyones side but he has a point.. without creeper eggs u cant rly raid a base but there are buy signs in shop for 300K, for most non ranks that a lot of money and if they cant raid then they quit coz all the gods just spawn kill them. If u do get obsidian breaker get the one where it taked 15 hits to break obsidian coz we get a lot of tnt in our kits. also can u make tnt less OP I keep dying to little explosions.. TOO OP

Mods need to be respectful and not try to put players down, no matter how much they are disliked. Mods should be mature and set an example. They need to be able to help players and they shouldn't make people feel abused, insulted or mistreated. Mods need to respect their power and use it reasonably as they have earned it. If they fail to reach these requirements then they should obviously be demoted. I do not come on forums to disrespect or begin an argument with a mod as they shouldn't either. Myself and many other players would appreciate if staff members of SquadCraft, not everyone, just some, would take the responsibility to complete these tasks as it would make SquadCraft a much more enjoyable community. This is NOT directed to anybody imparticular, just in general. Please do not take it personally. And Patrick, please understand that this is not directed towards you, just staff in general.
