This thread is a celebration of a step towards equality in the US. I was extremely happy. It was not a thread to spark debates or have people state that they disagree. I find that very one sided. And if you post about a controversial issue like this, it should be expected that others will voice their thoughts as well. That's great that you're happy about this, but shouldnt anyone who disagrees be able to be given respect? 1. Don't class everyone on here under one emotion because a few people don't agree with/support your beliefs. Your perspective isn't the only perspective.
I'm not intending to insult or demoralise.
2. I support equal rights, but there are different types of equal rights. Equal rights for different coloured people, equal rights for people who are apart of/support the LGBT community, equal rights for people with different wealth statuses and social classes, etc. It doesn't just mean equal rights for homosexuals.
3. The thread isn't locked, unless it was locked and another mod unlocked it.

 

I am aware of that. However, this particular thread was on my views, not a debate. It's not in the debate section for a reason. People can disagree with equal rights but just not on my thread celebrating them.

Guys, really, I mean really. Your going to continue to argue about something already declared law, already passed, and your going to continue going on about something that was almost a week ago. I don't agree with people arguing about it , but unfortunately I can't completely agree with EA, because your not entitling people to their opinion. And isn't that a mod's job, to entitle people to their opinions to find out what the issue was? I mean let's say player5619 says player2314 spammed, let's say player5619 has evidence but player2314 has evidence of their computer messing up. Both are right, but in this case player2314 should not be punished, like this argument. EA has evidence of you arguing, but really you are just stating your opinions. So nobody should be punished. A mod's job is of duty and honor, and in order to achieve that you must look at both sides. So I can't really agree with anyone here. But I can agree that this thread was started about a week ago and that we should all be over it by now.
