    Any extra things you want to add: This is clear proof of ddosing he even addmitted once more in chat after this but I didnt screen shot it in time

    Your showing the chat cropped and it makes me and others think that you have a hacked client on, you say he said it again but you didn't have time to screenshot it which leads to even more suspicion of a hacked client.

    That is not very good proof. It could be taken out of context.
    For example: you could be on teamspeak and he could be making an irritating noise. So, you left the teamspeak and he's telling you that he stopped making the noise.
