Yes because if there was a death penalty in place there would be less murder/rape etc. happening. There would be higher consequences at stake and would make them think twice about doing it. On SkyWars lately I have seen people, using the multiple kit glitch, which is too unfair for non donators. If a bedrock were to do it they would have Full Chain, Diamond Sword, Ender Pearls (maybe more), a fire bow with tons of arrows. I have seen many people. MCSmelter actually knew this out when a donator dropped a diamond axe left the game, MCSmelter joins the game and picks up the diamond axe. This is a glitch which makes players too op and not fair for the game, sure just ender pearls,...

Kits have been changed is ruining the way of pvp on the server to many. Although yes, it's now people guess "fair", what is the point of donating then? Technically, /shop and /warp shop should be removed if you think these kits are op with armor and enchants.

BERSERKER~To be honest, there is just a slight difference in attack damage. And brutes (Slowness, night vision, health boost and iron sword sharp I) can just buy a diamond sword from the shop and enchant it with sharp...

Normally there are 2 ways for Mods to ban hackers.

1. Finding them ingame and screenshotting there hacks before banning.

2. Screenshotting them saying "I hack," etc. in the chat and then banning.

I honestly think #2 shouldn't be taken seriously ingame, even if they do hack, there should be physical proof instead of just banning them for saying. They could be joking, yet they might not be. Either way I feel it's a little unfair to the players that actually aren't hacking. What do you think?
