So, for those who don't know, in the past couple of months Skyblock experienced a couple of issues whereby players lost access to their island or their island was altered in some way (ie losing their stuff in chests, for me some of my signs got cleared like in /warp shop). Whilst the cause of these issues are being forgotten and most of the regular players are able to play without fault, there's still the odd player who comes online and can't do anything on their island. Typically, the case is that a player can't perform any island related commands and it seems like the island doesn't belong to them. However when trying to join another island's team it seems that they are still part of another team, their original island's team, therefore rendering them unable to interact with their own island or other islands. The purpose of this thread is to round up any stragglers, anyone who still doesn't have access to their islands, in the hopes that the issue can be sorted once and for all, for everyone. If anyone finds that they can't access their island, feel free to let us know here and myself and the other staff can notify Surge in order to rectify the issue so that we can all continue playing. In the likely event that the odd player I'm referring to doesn't have a forums account, other players who do have accounts can raise awareness on their behalf. Hopefully as a result of this thread we can try and eradicate the after effects of the server crashes and render them null and void once and for all. We can only do this if people raise awareness that they're having trouble with their islands.

Update: In future I'll try and edit previous posts in this thread since it's likely I'm going to be doing most of the posting here. Just wanted to make a separate update (which may get merged with the previous post) to advise that there was another server crash to Skyblock yesterday which I believe has caused more problems and meant that more players are losing access to their island again. Was hoping we wouldn't be in this mess again, but at least this thread got created to raise awareness of the victims in time for these new server problems.
Tidied my previous posts, made a list of everyone who is currently reported to have been affected, will keep updating when future reports are received. Will keep Surge in the loop to try and fix this mess asap. If anyone is affected, or know anyone who doesn't have a forums account that is affected, I recommend posting any reports here along with some basic details about how they've been affected. @surgetheurge
Updated list. Will let Surge know if any of the people mentioned in the above list are online, will also let people know when Surge is online on this thread (these posts will eventually be deleted/edited). Sounds like there's a general issue with players trying to start a new island or trying to reset their existing islands. First reports of players losing loot from chests has come in.
Hi. I got the bug too. I can't access my island and tried resetting it too (but since I can't go to it I don't know if that worked). Thanks.
Updated list with most recent reports from in game and from the thread. Will continue chasing Surge to fix these issue as I've come to the conclusion that no one (existing or new) can start a new island, nor can they reset an existing island, successfully and there are still lots of victims who remain without an island.
I literally can't even break a block on my island. can someone please fix this asap. I've spent years on this server and on skyblock and I am extremely disappointed that I can't do anything on my island.
Updated list I know that bumping old threads/me to posting has been generally discouraged as a whole but we might as well keep posting any new reports on this thread to keep all the reports together In the past it seems that Surge has managed to fix people's islands but only for those who are online at the same time he is, this is generally infrequent unless requested by myself or someone else who is able to successfully able to contact him but for those still affected I would advise making the effort to come online every now and then, even if you can't do anything on the island. If I'm online and I see you're online, or if you ask me to, I can contact Surge and try to get him to come online to help the victims currently online. Surge may not come on immediately after my request, or in some cases not at all, however once I have contacted him, if there is no response from Surge then there isn't really much else I can do, but I shall continue to try. In that respect, I kindly request that people refrain from excessively asking me to get Surge to come online and to understand that if I get no response from Surge then multiple requests won't make much of a difference.
